The pool looks dirty...
Btw, the management office is now at Cova Square level B2.
Heard from the management some unit are not under GRR. Got owner stay inside.
Wonder whose unit is not under GRR??

Not much activity in this topic.. Suddenly it dawn on me on certain something about Cova Villa.

I understand that this Cova Villa package is inclusive of furnitures as stated in the agreement with the developer. I remember that the fridge and microwave which is not provided as the developer claim that they afraid the students will damage the items during their stay, and will only put in those 2 items once the unit is handed back to the owners.

So my question is this consider a completion of S&P since these 2 items are part of the S&P agreement? I think we should either demand the money back or the items itself(if you need it) for the S&P to be completed. Any suggestion/advice/opinion?

Think I want to call the lawyer on this issue..
