I called up the sales guy and ask about the rental. It is around RM7k to RM8k for GRD
and RM4k to RM5k for 1ST. Wonder who will rent at these trying times. Even The Strand
Damansara got many empty lots not rented yet. But if the student population goes up, then
there might be demand for the shoplots. |

Hye all, i live nearby this area. It is a gud area indeed. Just some pics of maintenance done.
Can see they labeling all crack. (for monitor purpose)
Just some update. MPH Bookstore going to open next to Mediviron Clinic. Plus got 99 SpeedMart at de ground floor (center entrance).
